All sales are final, no exchange or return will be offered for a change of heart, incorrect order or if the item is an unwanted gift. 

Please be certain of the product you are ordering prior to placing your order, else consult our of our product specialists through email, website chat, whatsapp or call prior to placing your order. It is the mandate of any customer placing an order with us to ensure that they understand the features of the product they ordered and take complete responsibility for their purchase.

Any defective or faulty items will be accepted for diagnostics and review. If the fault is found to be a manufacturing defect, the item will be evaluated for a repair or replacement at the final discretion of WINNER ELECTRONICS L.L.C. It is the responsibility of the customer to bring or send the item to the Our office (near Deira, Dubai) for an inspection/review.

Cancellations

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

In case of a product from a confirmed order is found to be unavailable or in an unsellable condition, we reserve the right to cancel the placed order and refund the full amount of the transaction through the original mode of payment.
